Schedule: 12-hour Day or Night Shifts | 36 hours per week | Every Other Weekend Required

As a PICU RN, you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based care to complex pediatric cases—including post‑neurosurgery, trauma, and cardiac patients—while collaborating with a skilled interdisciplinary team dedicated to excellence in pediatric critical care.

Hourly Rate: $75/hour

Schedule: 12-hour Day or Night Shifts | 36 hours per week

Requirement: Every Other Weekend (EOW) Required

• BLS – Basic Life Support
• PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support

• Active RN License (Compact or VA) – Required
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience preferred
• PICU and CVPICU experience – Required
• Proficiency managing post‑neurosurgical, respiratory, and complex cardiac cases
• Completion of general and critical care orientations (PICU, NICU, or ED)
• Flu vaccination required (no exemptions permitted)

• Deliver comprehensive, compassionate care to critically ill pediatric and cardiac patients
• Manage ventilators, IV drips, and specialized medications including versed and narcotic analgesia
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
• Float to general or specialty care units within skill set as needed
• Uphold strict infection control and patient safety protocols
