- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days.
- Current CPR certification with hands‑on component – Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
- Current TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Hands‑on nursing experience preferred (six months prior) but not required.
- Reliable transportation.
