[HEALTH & REHAB CENTER] in [CITY, ST] is seeking qualified individuals to join our growing team as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

As a CNA, you are at the forefront of our ability to provide Care Beyond Compare with the exceptional hands-on care you deliver. As a member of the nursing team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that we are delivering the highest quality of care to our residents; helping them regain and maintain their optimal level of independence through the compassionate care and support you provide.

What you'll do

  • Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident’s plan of care.

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ALDs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

  • Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.

  • Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.

  • Monitor residents’ health status and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.

  • Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being.

  • Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.

  • Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.


What you need

  • Active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in state of practice.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized and detail oriented.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
