The LPN/LVN provides professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit, clinic or region. Responsibilities include assessing patient health problems and needs, taking vital signs, administering medication, developing and implementing nursing care plans, maintaining medical records, advising patients on health maintenance and disease prevention, and providing case management. The role works within defined parameters with some latitude over prioritization and under minimal direction.

• Current licensure as an LPN or LVN.
• Patient‑facing role that requires TB screening.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong clinical background.

• Experience in a fast‑pace/high‑volume environment.

• Bilingual.
• Hands‑on professional experience.
• Phlebotomy experience.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records.
• Experience with HEDIS.
• Knowledge of primary care medicine requirements (state‑specific).
• Working knowledge of clinical operations.

$48,900 – $66,200 per year (full‑time, 40 hrs per week). Actual pay depends on skills, experience, education, certifications and geographic location.
