Infusion RN — Expert Patient Care & Education
Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate care in patients' homes or infusion suites under physician orders. You will ensure patient safety, document care in real time, and mentor junior staff.
The role requires an active RN license, 3–5 years infusion nursing experience, and CPR certification. Travel up to 100% may be required to reach patients in their homes or care sites.
