Legacy Hospice is seeking Per Diem Compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to deliver direct patient care in and around the Norfolk area. The LPN will follow the plan of care under RN supervision, provide treatments, and collaborate with the care team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
