As a Progressive Care Unit nurse, you must have at least 18 months of PCU or Stepdown experience within the last 3 years and hold an active RN license. You’ll work with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3-5 and may float to Telemetry or Med Surg units with ratios of 1:6-7.
