Job Summary
We are hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for a full-time Medical-Surgical opportunity in Salem, VA
.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time permanent position
- Mixed shifts and Night shifts available
- Rotating weekends
- Multiple units available including:
- Medical-Surgical
- Oncology
- Ortho Trauma
- Cross-training opportunities available
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay Range: $31.70 – $47.54/hr (based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $20,000 - Relocation Assistance:
Up to $1,500 - Comprehensive benefits package
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Acute care experience preferred but not required
- New graduates and candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Educate patients and families on care plans and medications
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care
