Construction Material Testing seeks a Precast Concrete Inspector I to perform plant quality control on precast and prestressed concrete, inspecting forms, reinforcement, and strands before pours and verifying tensioning records. You will run fresh concrete tests and cast cylinders to ensure compliance with specs.
Responsibilities include inspecting finished pieces, recording results against shop drawings, and tagging items for shipment or repair. Travel between plants and per diem are involved.
