Purpose/Summary:
U.S. Marine Management, LLC (USMMI) is providing support to the U.S. Army Pre-Positioned Stock Four (APS-4) Watercraft/Modular Causeway System (MCS) Care of Supplies In Storage (COSIS), Exercise and Maintenance program located at the Watercraft Equipment Base – Yokohama North Dock (WEB-YND) in Yokohama, Japan, in order to support Military and Humanitarian actions worldwide.
The Quality Control Supervisor will be responsible for inspection, and quality control of all work performed in support of maintenance of U.S. Army Watercraft and Modular Causeway Systems located at WEB-YND, Yokohama, Japan. The Quality Control Supervisor performs inspections and independent evaluations on COSIS operations as required ensuring compliance with the COSIS contract and Army regulatory standards. This individual is responsible for coordinating Quality Assurance (QA) reviews by WEB-YND government staff of maintenance actions and COSIS requirements.
The Quality Control Supervisor will work with the Performance Assurance Supervisor to build and manage the process and procedural flow diagrams ensuring proper execution of COSIS Tasks and Maintenance and Supply Operations. The Quality Control Supervisor works with the Supply Supervisor to monitor and evaluate Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-Army) applications, ensuring system compliance, and data uploads provide quality information for vessel and equipment status and internal work applications.

Education and Experience
- Army Watercraft Senior NCO with 5 - 10 years of Army Watercraft maintenance experience, or a background in Quality Control with 5 – 10 years of experience in Army, Navy or civilian watercraft maintenance and operations.
