Fuddruckers is hiring a qualified full time or part time Guest Service Ambassador (GSA) to become a valuable team member. The Guest Service Ambassador (GSA) is responsible for taking excellent care of the guests and attending to their needs individually, professionally, quickly, and with a smile. The GSA suggestively sells desserts and promotional items. He/she posse’s high energy, a sense of urgency, professional appearance, physical stamina, and is a team player.
The most important skill of your work as GSA is to provide accurate and friendly customer service to ensure guests will return to Fuddruckers. This job is full time or part time.
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Demonstrate basic math skills
- Must possess excellent guest service and verbal communication skills
- Outgoing personality
- Possess a sense of urgency when dealing with needs of the Guests
- Must be hospitable and service oriented
- Must possess excellent communication skills and be a customer service champion
- Comfortable suggesting items to guests
- Must maintain a positive and upbeat attitude
- Professional appearance required (see uniform standards)
- Ability to count back change
- Problem solver that has the ability to adapt and overcome

- Must be a team player with a high since of urgency
- Ability to cross train in other areas as needed

- Activities include, but are not limited to, walking or standing for 6 to 8 hours at a time, reaching, stooping, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, talking, and sitting
- Duties involve the coordination of manual and visual dexterity
