Role overview notes:
The full-time Sales Leader supports the Store Leadership Team by conducting strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. The role involves managing daily store operations as needed, training and motivating associates, and driving sales results while upholding company values.

• You have a passion for driving sales: as a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Sales floor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience. You support Store Leadership to maximize business opportunities and drive KPI results.
• People leadership:
  Motivate and inspire the team through the company’s core values. Act as a role-model and hold associates accountable to service standards on the Sales floor and in the Fitting Room.
• Talent and training:
  Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure adequate staffing. Train and develop associates to deliver outstanding service and uphold Guest First culture.
• Teamwork and performance:
  Set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates and provide ongoing feedback through real-time coaching. Celebrate outstanding performance to drive engagement.
• Visual and operational innovation:
  Execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards. Ensure Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
• Integrity and safety:
  Maintain store safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection standards, follow AEO policies, and act with integrity.

• Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant experience and location.
