Assistant Store Manager – Spencer's

Hourly rate ranges from $14.77–$15.02 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in overall operation of the store.
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage.
• Manage merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirement: 18.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Physical demands exceed 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
