Job DescriptionAn opportunity is available for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage and service a portfolio of upper select commercial accounts. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless handling of client accounts, including quoting new and renewal business, and maintaining strong client relationships. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with flexibility, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.

- Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually

- Manage and service a book of upper select commercial accounts.
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client accounts.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Strong work history with demonstrated stability and commitment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, with 2-3 days per week in the office.
