• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing information about PJ Fitzpatrick s services
• Create a welcoming environment and engage with customers to foster trust and rapport
• Generate leads through proactive outreach and follow-up
• Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach to represent the brand
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and objectives
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends
