Leasing Consultant - Oakmont North at Lawson

We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional leasing consultant to assist with marketing and leasing apartments. The leasing consultant will be responsible for leasing, providing exemplary customer service to residents and prospects, and assisting with performing office management and administrative operations of the community.

• Sales and marketing.
• Showing models and all amenities to prospects.
• Ensuring occupancy goals are met.
• Site administration.
• Answering phone calls from prospects and residents.
• Processing applications.
• Preparing move‑in packages.
• Conducting move‑in orientations with new residents.
• General correspondence.
• Tracking traffic on phone and in person.
• Resident relations.
• Greeting walk‑in traffic and answering phones with enthusiasm.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent time‑management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to function well in a high‑paced, at times stressful environment.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and self‑control.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Tax Credit experience, preferred.
• 1 year customer‑service experience.

• Bending, kneeling, stretching, climbing stairs and ladders, squatting, and lifting up to 15 lbs.
• Running and lifting over 15 lbs.
