Our company is a leading provider of commercial roofing services, specializing in installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems for businesses and industrial facilities. With a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our client base.

Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Full-time Sales Representative to drive our commercial roofing service sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, commercial roofing, and service/maintenance sales. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for commercial roofing services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate roofing needs and provide accurate quotes and proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, roofing technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Manage and track sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM software.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company's services.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.
  • Upsell additional services to existing clients, such as maintenance contracts and roof inspections.
  • Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the commercial roofing or construction industry.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
