McCormick Law & Consulting is a growing law firm that serves clients through three brands, each focused on a different kind of client need:
- McCormick Law & Consulting is our core practice, helping businesses, entrepreneurs, and organizations with business formation and contracts, real estate matters, nonprofit formation and mergers & acquisitions, and more.
- Driving Defense Law is a specialized division that represents drivers facing traffic charges, in VA and NC, from speeding tickets to reckless driving and DUI/DWI charges.
- Med Contract Law is a specialized division that helps physicians and other healthcare professionals review and negotiate employment contracts nationwide. This division also assists with partnership agreements and mergers and acquisitions of medical practices.
Across all three brands, we're a collaborative team. We welcome ideas from everyone regardless of role or tenure, and we regularly put good suggestions into practice. We're looking for people who take ownership, keep learning, and want to help shape how the firm grows.
About the RoleThis is a sales position. You will own the path from first inquiry to signed engagement, and your success will be measured by results: how quickly you respond, how consistently you follow up, and how many prospective clients become clients.
You’ll be the first voice people hear when they contact us, often during a stressful moment in their lives. Your job is to listen, understand what they need, explain how the firm operates, address their concerns, and guide them to the decision to retain the firm. For select brands, you’ll also lead initial intake calls with prospective clients and own the entire sales process.
Attorneys provide all legal advice; you make sure the right people become clients and have a great experience getting to that point.
