What You’ll Do:- Represent our brand at exciting events like home shows, retail locations, and community expos
- Engage with potential customers, spark conversations, and generate high-quality leads
- Help set up and run events (think energy, teamwork, and a little hustle)
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to hit goals and drive results
- Learn proven sales techniques that will prepare you for a future in outside sales
- Track performance and celebrate wins along the way
- Outgoing, energetic personality—you love talking to people
- Coachable and motivated to grow into a sales career
- Strong work ethic with a competitive edge
- Reliable and team-oriented mindset
- Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (but not required—we train!)
- Hourly pay + UNCAPPED commissions (your effort = your paycheck)

- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus, not required)
