Overview
Supervisor, Facilities Compliance Conduct facilities related audits for compliance to local, state, federal, and all accreditation requirements as related to managed facilities and suites. Provide support and oversight for essential administrative and facilities compliance activities related to state, federal, and accreditation reporting/filing requirements; as well as the maintenance/upkeep of compliance information/data. Provides assistance and facilities expertise in internal and external audit activities, tracks and improves current processes and provides compliance training as well as provides support for any major compliance projects impacting facilities operations.
Responsibilities- Conduct facilities related audits for compliance to local, state, federal, and accreditation requirements.
- Provide support and oversight for administrative and facilities compliance activities related to reporting/filing requirements; maintain compliance information/data.
- Assist and provide facilities expertise in internal and external audit activities; track and improve current processes; provide compliance training; support major compliance projects impacting facilities operations.
- On-site responsibilities at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, Norfolk, Virginia.
- Associate Level Degree (Required).
- Drivers license in good standing (VA or NC) (Required).
- 3 years compliance experience strongly preferred.
- 3 years Quality Improvement required.
- Experience with maintenance management and/or quality assurance programs; knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems is highly desired.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems; electrical or HVAC license is a plus; familiarity with DNV or Joint Commission environment of care requirements is highly desirable.
- Associate Level Degree (Required).
- Driver's license in good standing (VA or NC) (Required).
- 3 years compliance experience strongly preferred.
- 3 years Quality Improvement required.
- Associate Level Degree (Engineering related field).
