• Monitor and manage communications from various sources, including alarms, phones, and radios, to coordinate security‑related activities within the location.
• Dispatch security personnel to respond to incidents, emergencies, or routine requests as needed, maintaining a calm and problem‑solving approach.
• Document and log all incidents, calls, and relevant information accurately and promptly for record‑keeping and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with on‑site personnel and management to provide customer service and support security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies.
• Assist with emergency response activities, following established protocols to help protect people and property within the tech, media, and telecom environment.
• Conduct regular status checks with field personnel to deter unauthorized activities and maintain awareness of site conditions.
• Communicate important information to appropriate parties, escalating issues when necessary to help address critical situations.

• A guard card or security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
