This is an Unarmed position in security. The selected candidate will be trained to obtain complete knowledge of the property where he/she is assigned, to include facilities, post orders, emergency contact lists, emergency procedures, special instructions, and all post duties.
The selected candidate will be trained
- In the proper use, and maintenance of all equipment used at the site by assigned officers (keys/key cards, cell phones, radios, wands, etc.).
- Assists with the staffing of post in order to insure complete coverage.
- Write reports and sign-in sheets to ensure clarity, completeness, accuracy, and legibility.
- Review Post orders periodically for changes and or updates.
- Report any incidents or significant events to their Supervisor and or Property Manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The candidate must
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Have scheduling flexibility / Nights, days and mid shifts are possible.
- Possess exceptional customer service skills.
- Be able to multitask.
- Should be able to operate and maintain site specific security programs.
- Be able to sit or stand for several hours at a time.
