Job Description

We are seeking qualified electricians to join our team and work across various job sites in the Hampton Roads area. Your level of experience will determine your specific job site assignment, where you will contribute to maintaining and enhancing electrical systems.

• Perform electrical installation and repair operations on electrical and control systems.
• Install and repair equipment relays, starters, switches, motors, motor control centers, switch gear, transformers, power distribution centers, heat tracing systems, and cable trays.
• Determine conduit sizes, pull conductors, make terminations, and install junction boxes.
• Support wiring and electrical operations related to retrofits, construction projects, installations, equipment replacements, and other service projects.

• Proficient in running rigid conduit, EMT, and PVC.
• Journeyman or Master level experience in power and control wiring and commercial electrical installations.
• Strong industry knowledge and experience.
• Knowledge of NEC and applicable local codes and OSHA safety regulations.

• Electrical license (JM card or Master card) preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently without supervision and manage your own project.
• Completion of applicable trade school (preferred, but not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

You will be working a typical construction schedule from 7 am to 4 pm, covering various locations across Hampton Roads.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norfolk, VA.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Norfolk, VA.
