Job DescriptionThe Commercial HVAC Service Technician will maintain and develop existing customer relationships through quality service and support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- On-sitestart-up technician
- Troubleshootinstallationofcontrolsystems
- Solvingissuesusingreasoning,logic,and voltmeter
- Communicationwithindividualswhoinstalledthesystem
- Communicationwithmanufacturers
- Assisttheowner’srepresentativestodemonstratethatthesystemhasbeensetupproperly
- Documentationofactionstakenonthejobsitetobeincludedwithprojectreport
- Directdiscussionswithbuildingownerstoassistwithongoingmaintenanceandservice
- Performworkonpreventativemaintenanceagreementsasassigned
- Associate’sdegreeinHVACrelatedfieldor3yearsequivalentexperience
- Self-starter,highlevelofinitiative,provenproactivebehavior
- Commitmenttocustomerservice(internalandexternal)
- Performqualitywork,highlydetailedorientedandabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesandmeetdeadlineswithoutdirectsupervision
- Interactprofessionallywithemployees,customers,and manufacturers
- Abilitytooperateunderpressure,deadlines,andthedemandsofan activejobsite
- Proventechnicalaptitudeandfamiliaritywiththeuseofavoltmeter
- Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
