You will handle preventive maintenance, repairs across HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other building tasks, often outdoors, and may assist in make-ready work. Level 1–3 require increasing experience, with Level 2 and 3 requiring EPA 608 within 180 days and leadership expectations for Level 3.
