Emergency Shelter Support Specialist

A multicultural women's organization in Norfolk is seeking a part-time Resident Services Assistant to facilitate basic need services for victims of violence at their emergency shelter. This role involves crisis intervention, maintaining client confidentiality, and providing education on the dynamics of sexual assault and domestic violence. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, knowledge of the required dynamics, and strong interpersonal skills.
