The School of Cybersecurity at Old Dominion University (ODU) is seeking candidates for two full-time Postdoctoral Research Associate positions. All the applicants in the broad area of Trustworthy AI, including but not limited to Safe and Secure AI, Private AI, Robust and Reliable AI, Human-Centered AI will be considered but priority will be given to candidates with expertise and background in security of agentic AI systems (position #1) or privacy-preserving AI using fully homomorphic encryption (position #2).
We have several projects funded by NSF, DoD, NSA, and industry in these areas. The initial appointment will be one year and is renewable for second year.
