Job SummaryThe primary purpose of this position is to provide excellent customer service and financial literacy education to our students and parents, as well as to direct them to appropriate departments as needed. This experienced customer‑focused role involves working with students and families, answering questions and troubleshooting situations, and assisting in day‑to‑day operations of a multi‑functional office.

Salary Rate / Pay Rate$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Required Qualifications- A. College coursework in business administration, communications, public relations or a closely related field as measured by the following conversion table: 10030 semester hours equals one (1) year (12 months); 60 semester hours equals eighteen months; 90 semester hours equals two (2) years (24 months); 120 semester hours equals three (3) years (36 months).
- B. Responsible work experience in customer services, public relations, office administration, business and financial operations, healthcare administration or other closely related experience.
- Experience dealing with customers.
- Ability to prioritize and manage work.
- Judgement decision‑making skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people, verbally and through correspondence.
- Ability to handle difficult or delicate situations.
- Ability to learn quickly, including industry or department‑specific software.
