We have re-opened an Interventional Radiology locum physician need for Medical Center in Normal, IL.
REQUIREMENTS: MD or DO;
Board Certified/ Truly Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology. If confirmed, locum provider must agree to the following requirements: provide locum firm with vaccination records, negative drug screening, and complete physical within 90 days of start date .
SCHEDULE: 3 days a week; 8A 5P;
Flexible on what 3 days of the week. No call. Locum must be able to attend an onsite orientation on a weekday prior to first assignment (typically set for 7:30a-5p).
LICENSING RESTRICTION:
Already active Illinois license only!
