Rivian is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Co-op to join our Spring program in Normal, IL. You must be an undergrad/grad student for the entire term, available to work full-time on-site Jan–Aug 2027. The role focuses on high-quality, rapid project deployment and cross-functional collaboration with Production Engineers and leaders.
You’ll gain hands-on experience, tackle engineering challenges, and contribute to ramping production while aligning with Rivian’s innovative automotive mission.
