Tekshapers in Normal, IL is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (General Assembly) to design and optimize General/Final Assembly processes across Trim, Chassis & Final (TCF). You will develop assembly sequences, line layouts, and line-balancing improvements on site.
Collaborate with Product Engineering and suppliers on DFM/DFA, RFQs, and manufacturing feasibility, and lead equipment installation, FAT/SAT, and new vehicle launches.
