Where you will work

This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% and is based out of the Normal, IL or St Paul, MN office location.

The contributions you will make

This position provides high quality client service to support the effective delivery of credit products and services to current and prospective dealer clients for their customers.

A typical day Loan Processing
  • Gather or seek clarification when required from dealers to complete loan applications from dealer’s customers.
  • Coordinate, review, and determine documents needed for transactions to perfect Pro Partner’s program requirements.
  • Coordinate, review for acceptance, and track the compilation of documents needed for loan originations or renewals.
  • Work within system-designed workflows and accurately process customer loan requests in accordance with dealer-specific sales finance programs.
  • Scan and index documents into archival system and workflows.
  • Promote loan processing efficiency by processing customer loan applications from all Pro Partners Financial dealer relationships regardless of dealer affiliation.
  • Provide support and work closely with PPF credit team by coordinating information gathering and dealer communication for underwriting larger loans.
Client Service
  • Work closely with Pro Partners Financial relationship management team members to meet client needs in the origination or renewal of transactions including new loans and servicing actions for existing loans.
  • Provide exceptional service and a consistent client experience to all clients and customers that aligns with the mission and vision of Pro Partners Financial. The client contact may be by phone, email, and face‑to‑face visits. Client or customer requests may entail processing loan applications, loan servicing requests, calculating loan payoffs, verifying loan balances, providing guidance and answers to online banking questions, and answering general dealer program questions.
  • Work closely with dealers to on‑board new dealers or new dealer representatives. Provide dealer training for loan application, documentation requirements and new technology. Additional dealer training may include using dealer extranet, submitting loan requests using online loan applications, obtaining electronic signatures, using loan funding applications, and other Pro Partners credit delivery processes and tools to support client experience.
  • Engage with Pro Partners Financial relationship team and clients to gain in‑depth knowledge of dealer finance programs. Align dealer program criteria with PPF technology and system brand account configuration to support client experience.
  • Assist clients in account maintenance corrections. Interact and coordinate with Pro Partners Financial loan accounting team to correct transactions and maintenance account records.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal team members to meet the needs of Pro Partners Financial and internal and external clients.
  • Provide support as needed to other business units/teams within Pro Partners.
  • Takes ownership of problems until they are resolved to the client’s satisfaction which includes when to involve or notify others.
Loan Servicing
  • Actively promote Pro Partners Financial (PPF) credit delivery products and services to enhance the client relationship and client efficiency. Consistently identify and assess client needs.
