• This role is 100% onsite.
• MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check required as the role may include driving.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards for site workers and the general public.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections, assessments, and audits.
• Investigate incidents and complete all associated documentation.
• Drive corrective action where safety issues are identified.
• 5+ years of construction safety experience preferred.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Perform construction safety duties for projects at new manufacturing facilities.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 1926 Standards for Construction.
• Develop and deliver safety kick-off presentations.
• Conduct on-site orientations and pre-shift safety meetings.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend improvements to safety practices.
• Recommend modification, improvement, or removal of any company equipment, facilities, or machinery that may be hazardous to employee safety or health.
• Compile and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports as requested.
• Serve as the company liaison with municipalities, OSHA, insurance carriers, and other regulatory agencies.
• Maintain all safety-related documentation in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
