At Papa, companion caregivers, also known as Papa Pals, are warm, caring individuals who provide part-time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Support includes help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and most importantly—friendly company.

Earnings & Benefits- Up to $17.00/hr with bonuses
- Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits (depends on your location; not available everywhere)
- Work on your own flexible schedule

- Age 21 or older
- Ability to communicate in English
- Valid U.S.
-issued driver's license - Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to pass a background check
- Pass a motor vehicle report

- No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required
