Treat communication, feeding, and swallowing needs across the lifespan at a growing specialty practice in Normal, Illinois, working in person alongside our OT team.
Our SLPs work with language, articulation, apraxia, AAC, feeding, swallowing, and cognitive-communication needs for children through seniors. As a primary therapist, you lead your patients' plans of care and work closely with our OTs on shared patients.
What you'll do:- Evaluate and treat patients as their primary therapist
- Write clear, timely documentation
- Coach families and caregivers
- Collaborate with OTs on shared patients
- Take part in case consults and program development
- Illinois SLP license and CCC-SLP (or CF-eligible)
- New grads and experienced SLPs welcome
- Interest in feeding, AAC, or adult rehab a plus
- A collaborative, patient-first approach
- Health insurance for full-time staff (30+ hrs/week);
- 10 days PTO to start, growing to 15;
- 6 paid holidays for full time staff;
- $1,500–$3,000 a year for continuing education;
- Holiday flex days to protect family time;
- Mentorship and specialty training.
- PTO and continuing education are prorated for part-time clinicians.
