Carle Health is seeking a Health Care Technician to support licensed nursing staff and assist with personal care for assigned patients in a hospital setting. The HCT will facilitate communication across departments and act as a liaison on the Rehab unit.
Under the direction of the RN and Nursing Manager, the HCT assists with daily living activities, prepares patients for therapy sessions, documents data accurately, and mentors new staff in the Rehab unit.
