Branch Manager

Dexter is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for its manufacturing facility in Normal, IL. The Branch Manager will lead sales, customer service, distribution, and warehouse operations while driving business growth and operational excellence.

Normal, IL $75,000.00-$85,000.00.

• Align branch operations with the Annual Operating Plan and manage financial metrics, budgets, and operational costs.
• Drive business growth and operational excellence through entrepreneurial leadership.
• Make key decisions on employment, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, complaints, and conflict resolutions.
• Direct daily distribution operations, delegate tasks, and manage team accountability.
• Plan and prioritize work to ensure alignment with organizational goals and safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and monitor schedules, costs, performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize ERP systems and data to drive efficiency in business development and process improvements.
• Analyze complex information to solve problems effectively and promote continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate across the organization to meet shared objectives and foster a cohesive operational approach.
• Develop and lead effective teams, applying diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals.
• Communicate complex information to employees, management, and clients, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
• Drive direct engagement and situational adaptability, motivating the team to excel and adapt strategies to meet changing demands.

• At least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory position with proven experience managing a team of 10 or more employees.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations management.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field, or equivalent supervisory experience.
