Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Sales and Marketing, located in Bloomington–Normal, IL. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing sales operations, leading a high-performing team, and driving business growth. The Director will collaborate with stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve revenue targets. They will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Experience in Business Development and identifying opportunities for growth
- Strong skills in Customer Service to foster lasting client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Team Management experience, including leading, coaching, and inspiring high-performing sales teams
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in a hospitality Sales Director role.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics in Bloomington–Normal, IL is a plus
