Job Title: Tolling Installation Manager

This is a multi-year contract, on-site in Alexandria, VA

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Installation Manager with expertise in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) systems. The ideal candidate will oversee the fast‑paced installation work of tolling systems, managing multiple teams and subcontractors to ensure projects stay on track. This role involves construction management, technical coordination, and hands‑on support for internal crews while ensuring high‑quality installations are completed on schedule.

• Oversee all aspects of ITS and tolling system installation projects, ensuring timely execution and compliance with project plans.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and installation crews.
• Provide hands‑on support when needed, stepping in to assist teams during critical moments of the installation process.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure the project remains on schedule and aligned with planned milestones.
• Maintain communication with all stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing any issues that arise during installation.
• Oversee the fast‑paced installation process and ensure all teams are aligned and performing at their best.

• Strong understanding of ITS and ETC systems, with the ability to manage technical aspects of tolling installations.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors, internal crews, and coordinating multiple teams on construction projects.
• Hands‑on approach and willingness to step in and assist teams during critical moments.
• Excellent organizational and management skills to oversee the construction process from start to finish.
• Familiarity with managing lane closures and traffic‑related construction work is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to project needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

• Prior experience in the tolling or transportation infrastructure industry.
• Experience overseeing ITS installation or similar technical construction projects.
