** Job Description*
* Cintas is seeking a Stockroom Supervisor to lead and direct a fast-paced and dynamic Production Stockroom team. Responsibilities include hiring, motivating, training and directing individuals who are performing various entry level positions in our warehouse stockroom of uniform garments; managing the accuracy of orders placed/filled; application/stripping of emblems; repairs of garments and overall location material costs percentages. This is a management position with management responsibility and accountability for the bottom line results.

Hands-on responsibilities involve being able to perform the physical requirements of all stockroom functions, including standing, twisting, stretching, bending and lifting over an entire shift.

** Skills/Qualifications*
* Required

+ The ability to stand for 7 hours of an 8 hour shift

+ High School Diploma/GED

Preferred

+ Experience using a sewing machine in an industrial environment

+ 1 - 3 years' production supervisory experience

+ Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted

** Compensation*
* A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $61,000 - $78,000/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
