Process all materials through the Service Center standard operating procedures. Ensure all materials leaving the facility are in an acceptable condition and meet the customers’ specifications. Perform general material handling duties using a forklift.

• Loading and unloading incoming/outgoing trailers using forklift.
• Stage incoming product for processing using forklift.
• Perform product processing per documented work instructions.
• Accurate completion of all paperwork.
• Maintain warehouse accuracy and report any issues that could affect proper inventory counts.
• Ensure all efforts meet the quality requirements of the customer; report any issues immediately.
• Inspect product and prep for shipment.
• Maintain safe and clean work areas throughout the warehouse; must follow all ORBIS safety rules and policies.
• Complete daily equipment checks and inform Service Center Manager when outside maintenance is required.
• Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Lead, Service Center Supervisor and/or Service Center Manager.

• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles.
• Must be able to read/comprehend written and oral instructions in English; read and comprehend safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and product recipes/material identifications.
• Must have mathematical skill to add, subtract, multiply and divide and the ability to perform these operations using units of weight measurement, volume, and distance.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English one-on-one and in small group situations.
• Must have ability to reason and address problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
