Business UnitBAMG - Bloomington Management Level Non-Management Job Category Production & Skilled Trades, Supply Chain & Procurement Position Summary Bridgestone seeks energetic and motivated Production Teammates to join our manufacturing team in Bloomington, Illinois. As a Manufacturing Production Teammate, you will focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production equipment. The ideal candidate enjoys troubleshooting and problem solving.

Responsibilities

Schedule:

8 hour shifts Monday – Friday (assigned by seniority):11p-7a7a-3p3p-11pOvertime, including weekends, may be required.

Competitive Compensation:

Starting wage for Production Teammates is $22 /hrTop pay over $36 /hr.

Job Responsibilities:

A focus on Safety First, Always Operating machine tools, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/waste targets, and quality standards

Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods

Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products

Maintaining accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications Preferred:2 years of previous industrial/manufacturing experience AND 2 years of stable work history
