Property Manager

Overview

We're recruiting on behalf of a client seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee a 250-unit multifamily property in Normal, IL.

• Oversee daily operations of a 250-unit multifamily property.
• Manage, support and supervise the on-site maintenance team.
• Coordinate vendor services, scheduling, and contract adherence.
• Ensure timely and efficient unit turnovers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and handle tenant relations professionally.
• Monitor property condition and implement preventative maintenance strategies.
• Handle rent collection, delinquencies, and resident notices.
• Address emergency situations and be available for after-hours calls when required.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with housing regulations.
• Report on occupancy, leasing, and maintenance performance to ownership/management.

• Previous experience working for a real estate, hospitality or serviced apartments company or multifamily property management is required.
• Proven track record in managing multifamily residential properties.
• Strong team leadership and vendor management experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle emergency situations with professionalism and calm.
• Comfortable working on-site full-time with flexible availability for after-hours emergencies.
