The Shift Leader assists the Assistant Manager and General Manager with management activities, ensuring all activities align with the restaurant’s business plan and that team members meet expectations.

• Take necessary action to ensure outstanding hospitality service, anticipate and exceed guest needs, and handle situations immediately in a positive manner.
• Effectively "path" the restaurant to monitor all aspects of operation and correct problems promptly.
• Consistently enforce and maintain all quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor and maintain proper staffing levels and labor costs.
• Create a friendly atmosphere for team members and guests.
• Effectively train and provide direction and supervision for team members.
• Support efforts to maximize sales and profits while minimizing controllable costs.
• Effectively plan, organize, and implement all operational routines and activities during your shift.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and teammates.
• Ensure all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures are observed and enforced.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism at all times.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.

• Stand for long periods of time.

• Able to lift 50 pounds comfortably.
• Work with various cleaning products.

• Minimum age 18.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
