Von Maur - The Shoppes at College Hills [Sales Associate / Team Member] As a Sales Associate at Von Maur, you'll:
Sell at or above sales goals, maintain account solicitation and non-selling goals;
Learn about products in the department and other areas of the store;
Unpack, display, and maintain the condition of department merchandise;
Develop and maintain a listing of customers through the Customer Follow-Up Program;
Clean and maintain the department and stock areas, including dusting fixtures and sweeping the floor;
Provide excellent customer service.
