Von Maur - The Shoppes at College Hills [Sales Associate / Team Member] As a Shoes Sales Associate at Von Maur, you'll:
Sell at or above sales goals, maintain account solicitation and non-selling goals;
Learn about products in the department and other areas of the store;
Unpack, display, and maintain the condition of department merchandise;
Utilize time before and during store hours to perform row maintenance in the stock room;
Maintain assigned rows by ensuring all shoe runs are correctly sized, aisles are run by color and alphabetically by vendor, and ensure each shoe is represented on display.
