Base Pay Range

$50,500.00/yr – $79,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Grow total sales and services within the location.
  • Achieve results for Sales, Services, Operations Profit, and Customer/Community relationships, driving the overall customer experience.
  • Own staff training, talent assessment, development, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Lead, motivate and inspire associates to create a customer/client‑first environment and engage with the local community.
  • Handle hiring, merchandising, operations, and execution of store and company standards.
  • Resolve associate and customer concerns, partner with business partners, and initiate and support company changes.
  • Plan, prioritize, and execute detailed instructions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage staffing needs, inventory, and assets, applying financial controls and reviewing processes such as receiving and cash handling.
  • Maintain store appearance to company guidelines and oversee visual presentation of merchandise.
  • Lead daily, weekly, and monthly store meetings, ensuring accurate communication of company initiatives and policies.
  • Obtain and maintain required certifications and complete all management training (e.g., Anti‑Harassment, Code of Ethics).
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Preferred education fields:
    Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related area.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of management experience or demonstrated skill through an internal development program.
  • Business acumen and the ability to lead, coach, and manage others in a professional environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with executive presence.
  • Ability to influence at all levels, plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently.
  • Leadership capabilities and independent working ability.
  • Sound judgment, people‑management abilities, and adaptability to change.
  • Proficiency with computers, technology, information systems, POS register system, and data entry.
