• Be a Team Member:
  Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with team members; and is flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
• Be an Expert:
  Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie:
  Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology to make decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs; assists members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise; resolves member issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Acts as a brand advocate; develops, influences and inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style; understands roadblocks and assists in training.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; uses the Open Door Policy in executing business processes and practices.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress and information; identifies improvement opportunities and adapts to change and feedback.

• Ensuring high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the café.
• Maintaining clean shelves, temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products.
• Packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stocking displays.
• Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
