Overview
Position Summary:
We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring there are carts ready and available.
You will also assist our members by helping them load their vehicles and supporting a great member experience. This role requires you to be on your feet and on the go, rain or shine.
- Ensure club pickup orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; inform members when products are unavailable and offer alternatives; ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolve member issues and concerns; promote the companys products and services.
- Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps; follow procedures for handling merchandise; report unsafe situations to facility management.
- Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, assisting with payments and using cash registers; locate and organize merchandise; zone designated areas; resolve member issues; maintain availability of carts/flatbeds; assist with transporting items; retrieve carts according to policy; maintain parking lot cleanliness.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; apply Open Door Policy in business processes and practices.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers and co-workers; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; adapt to change and feedback.

- Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr
