Your Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming environment
* Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations
* Lead by example, resolving customer issues promptly and professionally
* Manage and prioritize store tasks, ensuring standards are met and exceeded
* Oversee inventory accuracy, audits, and vendor deliveries
* Complete daily paperwork and troubleshoot reporting errors
* Develop, post, and maintain accurate store schedules
* Uphold all company policies, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements

* Proven management experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to motivate and coach team members effectively
* Flexible to work various shifts, including holidays and on-call when needed
* Valid driver’s license and reliable, personal transportation
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work across multiple locations
* Must pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and 4-panel drug test
* Completion of Manager Food Training within 90 days of employment
